• Quiet hours: 9pm–7am | No parties
• 21+ only | No underage drinking
• Registered guests only (day visitors must be approved)
• Hot tub: Shower first | No glass | Close cover after use | Don’t remove floater
• Dogs: Max 2 (no cats) | Off furniture | Don’t leave unattended
• No smoking or fires
  • Gas firepit only if no fire ban
  • Any fire violation = immediate removal
• No illegal activity
• Issues during stay: Notify us ASAP so we can fix it
• Safety: Ring Doorbell Camera located at Front Entrance
  CO2 and Smoke Detectors Throughout Home
  Children Must be Supervised
  Wildlife present at times

This is an incredible cabin with loads of character and modern finishes. We're sure you're going to absolutely ❤️ how charming it is! Remember, you’re in the Colorado mountains so occasional wildlife sightings, weather changes, RARE power outages, and seasonal road conditions are part of the experience and make it special!
